Acts Home Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position.

Limited travel within our gated communities

Work M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm. No weekends or holidays!

In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight in our beautiful, gated communities in Montgomery County, PA.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience in home care preferred but not required
Current or eligible for certification in CPR
Must have reliable transportation
If transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license

$29.00 - $35.75 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
