Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) to work as an assistant nurse manager within the Acute Care of the Elderly (ACE) Unit. The ACE unit is a 24-bed medical-surgical unit. Nurses on this unit will care for patients admitted with multiple diagnosis and health conditions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

ANM's are primary administrative support to the staff and managers. In addition, they have clinical operations, quality compliance responsibilities and unit patient flow Facilitates leadership roles of professional and support staff.

Safety Stand up/Bed Meeting
Employee File Maintenance & Competencies
Evaluations
Leader Rounding
EOC Rounds/Issues
Coaching/Disciplining
MNG Board/Unit Census/Patient Flow
Service Recovery

What We Require for this Role:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of

Related Work Experience

15 months of RN experience required

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

Active NJ RN license required
Basic Life Saving Certificate (BLS) required.
Specialty Certification – preferred.
