ICU-RN- Full-Time- Night Shift 7p-7a

Position:

This position is a ICU RN position, working 7p-7a and 12 hour shifts. Holiday and weekend hours are also 12-hour shifts. This position is 72 hours per pay period. The applicant will be cross-trained to other departments within the facility so they are able to float to the units.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.
Associate degree or diploma in Nursing acceptable, Baccalaureate degree preferred
Maintains all required qualifications for areas assigned
Current BLS Certification required.
1-2 years Med/Surg experience in acute care setting required.
Critical care experience preferred
Satisfactory completion of Basic Electrocardiogram (ECG) Course OR successful completion of ECG Interpretation competency assessment (“Test out”)

Skill and Ability:

Interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to function under the current standards of nursing practices.
Physically able to perform the functions of the position.
One year medical-surgical experience preferred
Critical Care experience preferred
Trauma Nurse Certification Course (TNCC) encouraged
Stroke Certification within two years
All other duties assigned
