Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate - Endocrinology and Diabetes

MaineHealth Endocrinology and Diabetes is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our outpatient diabetes team at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH. Come join a regional team of providers to partner with patients in managing both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes using lifestyle, medications, and technology in a fast growing and expanding field of diabetes care. In addition to the local team there is collaboration with our Diabetes team throughout MaineHealth.

The ideal candidate would have approximately 2 years and experience related to diabetes care.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, no Holidays, Call or Evenings.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
Current license issued by the State of New Hampshire and Maine; or eligible for licensure.
Current BLS certification.
