MaineHealth Endocrinology and Diabetes is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our outpatient diabetes team at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH. Come join a regional team of providers to partner with patients in managing both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes using lifestyle, medications, and technology in a fast growing and expanding field of diabetes care. In addition to the local team there is collaboration with our Diabetes team throughout MaineHealth.
The ideal candidate would have approximately 2 years and experience related to diabetes care.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, no Holidays, Call or Evenings.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
- Current license issued by the State of New Hampshire and Maine; or eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
