The Central Staffing Resources Unit offers a unique opportunity for experienced RNs to expand their knowledge base and sharpen their skill set. Description Nursing Req #: 39693 Unit Bio The Intensive Care Unit is an 8-bed ICU/Step-Down Unit, where nurses are responsible for conducting complex assessments and providing intensive therapies and interventions to a variety of patients. Nurses have the opportunity to care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory failure, cardiac events, sepsis, metabolic disorders, complex surgical recoveries, and more. Summary This is a per diem, day shift position. The Registered Nurse - Acute Care-MH PD role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
