Position Overview: As the Director of Nursing, you’ll lead our team of licensed nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for managing nursing operations, including team training, resident care coordination, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and third-party vendors.
