Behavioral Health Case Manager -Prevention Services

Position Summary: Provide support in implementation of the Zero Suicide Project in communities throughout the YK Delta region.  Assisting in planning and coordinating trainings related to suicide prevention.  Providing case management and Calricaraq/qaruyun counseling for individuals identified at risk through this project.  Collaborates with Village Tribal Council, BH Staff, Schools and other social service agencies and completes required documentation related to the project.  Travel in small planes required.

  • Knowledgeable in basic computer skills for basic entry necessary

This position will function as a liaison between clinical and administrative staff. The manager will collaborate closely with the clinical managers to determine schedules for the offices and individual staff. This position will field complaints and suggestions from internal and external customers. The Manager will work in conjunction with administrative staff and patient accounts staff. This position will assist with performance improvement & policy procedure development.
