Position Summary: The Primary Care Data Coordinator is responsible for provider panel management, reporting weekly and/or daily continuity data, patient volumes, and other indicators as needed for primary care operations. The Data Coordinator may assist with applying the provider templates in the scheduling application as needed.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Associate Degree in Health Care related field preferred.
Minimum Experience: Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required. 2 years supervisory experience preferred. Health care experience preferred.
License, Certification, Registration: ADL - Alaska Drivers License
Equipment/Tools: Computers, multi-line telephone system, copier, fax machine, shredder, Excel, database management
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, accuracy and dependability needed. Work done in this department directly impacts operations throughout YKHC. Interpersonal and communication skill required interacting with medical personnel on a routine basis. Proficiency of Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to speak Yup'ik helpful.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Support staff as assigned.
