The Float Pool Nursing Department is a dynamic and versatile team of highly skilled registered nurses who provide essential staffing support across multiple units within the healthcare system. These nurses are expertly cross trained in various specialties and are deployed to areas experiencing increased patient volume, staffing shortages, or other emergent needs.
