Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health

$30–$33/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

We are seeking reliable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. If you value autonomy, supportive leadership, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, this role is for you.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and follow a physician-approved plan of care while delivering professional, respectful, and evidence-based nursing services.

Service Areas

Assignments are available in Brandon, Tampa, Plant City, Sun City Center, Lakeland, Valrico, Riverview, Ruskin, Seffner, and surrounding areas. We strive to place nurses close to home whenever possible.

What You'll Do

Administer medications, treatments, injections, wound care, and general daily nursing care
Deliver nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of care
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager
Accurately document care and follow physician orders
Provide personal care when required
Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
Skills & Experience We Value

Home health experience strongly preferred
Experience with pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, and/or special populations
Familiarity with feeding tubes, injectable meds, neurological or developmental conditions
Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
Comfortable with EMR documentation and basic computer use
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and able to manage stress professionally
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers as needed

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Florida LPN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Current BLS certification
Smartphone access
Good written communication skills
Required onboarding documents (physical, health statement, etc.)
