The Director of Nursing is responsible for administration of nursing service in the Center. He/she directs, plans, and coordinates service activities of professional Nursing and auxiliary Nursing personnel in rendering customer care. The Director of Nursing interprets Center policies and regulations to all Nursing personnel and ensures compliance, as well as analyzes and evaluates Nursing and related services rendered to improve quality of customer care and to better utilize staff time and abilities. The Director of Nursing also ensures the provision of in-service training programs for nursing personnel. DON Responsibilities Participates in the development and/or the implementation of philosophy, objectives, policies, and standards of Nursing practice in accordance with the goals of the organization Maintains adequate Nursing coverage to provide safe Nursing care for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assure that all customers are treated fairly, with compassion, dignity, and respect Works with the Administrator to develop, allocate and control the budget for the Department of Nursing Services Collects and analyzes clinical data from internal and external sources for Quality Assurance measures. Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Part-time We are looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. The Certified Nursing Assistant will interact directly with patients, providing comfort, monitoring their vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other team members. CNA Responsibilities Certified Nursing Assistants assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning, and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals Help patients with personal hygiene.
