Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations on evening shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care for all residents. You will manage staff, coordinate care, and provide clinical guidance while supporting both patients and nursing teams. Overnight shift openings are also considered for candidates interested in flexible scheduling.

Primary Responsibilities

Patient Care Leadership

Supervise and guide nursing staff during evening shifts

Qualifications

Current NYS RN License (BSN preferred but not required)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care or medical/surgical settings
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
