Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator (LPN or RN) to oversee scheduling and staffing needs within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a LPN or RN Missouri license and experience in healthcare or long-term care settings, ensuring our residents receive consistent and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Staffing Management: Coordinate and develop employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts to meet facility standards and resident needs.

  • Shift Coverage: Address last-minute staffing issues by finding coverage for call-outs and absences promptly.

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff and management, addressing any concerns regarding schedules, time-off requests, or shift changes.

  • Compliance: Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal requirements for long-term care facilities, supporting regulatory compliance.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and payroll data.

  • Support Clinical Staff: Assist with non-clinical duties as needed, contributing to a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN or RN license in Missouri

  • Experience: Prior experience in scheduling or staffing coordination within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail. 

  • Interpersonal Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
