Job Summary:

As a Charge Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska or Multi-state

• Current CPR/BLS
• 0 years of experience (new graduates' welcome!)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
