QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience with adults and/or seniors (home care or facility-based)

  • Must reside in South Carolina

  • Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform job duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute client care plans and document daily activities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Provide household assistance, including:

    • Meal preparation

    • Monitoring home safety

    • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Provide personal care assistance, including:

    • Hygiene and grooming

    • Mobility assistance

    • Medication reminders

    • Companionship and emotional support

  • Communicate client needs and changes with the care team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Schedule: Consistent and flexible shifts available

    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts / 36-hour week preferred

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct caregiving experience

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and proof of auto insurance

  • First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Independent and Assisted Living Communities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using safe and ergonomic movements
