A temporary opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized onsite nursing support at an elementary school in the Minneapolis area. This contract role is designed to cover a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of care and health management for students.

Location: Anoka, MN (Elementary School setting)
Duration: March 10, 2026 June 5, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Team: Collaboration with 1.5 Licensed School Nurses (LSN) and 1 Health Paraeducator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to student health needs in a school environment
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized health plans compliant with school nursing standards
  • Manage medical emergencies and routine health assessments, fostering a healthy and safe school setting
  • Coordinate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being and academic success
  • Maintain accurate and timely health records

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with school nursing experience
  • Proven skills in school healthcare services, including medication administration and health education
