Nurse Practitioner (NP):
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current RN licensure and registration with the State Board of Nursing in Illinois.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
- 1–3 years of post-MSN experience preferred, ideally in oncology or a related specialty.
Physician Assistant (PA):
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in oncology or a related specialty.
Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS):
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Successful completion of a Clinical Nurse Specialist program.
- Current RN licensure and registration with the State Board of Nursing in Illinois.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
- 1–3 years of post-MSN experience preferred, ideally in oncology or a related specialty.
