Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Missouri

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintains professional working relationships
Understand and follow company policies
Supervise the day-to-day clinical operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills
Monitoring nursing care and services provided on all shifts and on a routine basis
Assigning and approving work schedules, Monitoring and coordinating nursing activities of all shifts.
Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration.
Able to provide direct nursing care as necessary and perform functions of a staff nurse as required
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients and others
Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
