Schedule: 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) working 2 (10) hour shifts and 2 (8) hour shifts per week- Monday-Friday. Position is required to take some call. Call response time 30 minutes.

The surgical services team at Wood River is committed to providing quality surgical and diagnostic/therapeutic care to inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory pediatric through geriatric patients. The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. The position will be trained in all areas of perioperative care- Pre-Op, Post-Op, PACU and Endoscopy procedures. The perioperative RN will provide Pre-Op, PACU, phase 2, pre-endo/post endo and the pre-op clinic.
