A well-respected long-term care facility in the Danville, PA area is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
