Responsibilities:

Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to care for residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care
Conduct daily rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional condition, address their needs, and implement necessary nursing interventions
Take responsibility for direct resident care, including medications and treatments
Delegate nursing and non-nursing responsibilities to appropriate personnel during the shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and document them accurately in residents' health records
Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Nursing and/or Director of Nursing, acting as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
Follow nursing service policies, procedures, and objectives while contributing to improvements when needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state the facility is located
