Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, debridement, and dressing management
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to coordinate care plans
  • Travel to skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region
  • Active APRN and RN licenses
  • Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited NP program
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS Normal patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Frequent exposure to communicable disease and moderately adverse working conditions due to performance of certain patient care activities.
