As a Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized assistance and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Your daily support may include help with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and meaningful social interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1,000+ hours of experience with seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred.
    (CNA/HHA certification or companionship/housekeeping experience also accepted.)

  • Certifications: CNA or HHA a plus but not required.

  • Health & Safety: Current TB test and ability to assist safely with client transfers.

  • Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

  • Background: Must pass both national and state background checks.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide Quality Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s needs.

  • Offer Daily Support: Assist with companionship, meals, light cleaning, errands, and personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.).

  • Stay Observant: Report client condition changes to the Care Manager promptly.

  • Ensure Safety: Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

  • Document Accurately: Track hours, tasks, and updates using our ClearCare Telephony system.

  • Represent with Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to company standards.


Physical & Availability Requirements:

  • Ability to assist with transfers using safe techniques and proper equipment.

  • Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.

Provides for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients by completing light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client’s garments and linens. May prepare and serve meals as directed. Ensures that dishes are washed and kitchen clean after each meal. Assists client in completing necessary phone calls, letter writing, etc. Accompanies client on walks, community trips, doctor’s office, bank, beauty salons, etc. Reminds client to take self-administered medications. Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor in a timely manner. Establishes and maintains effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers. Participates in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by immediate supervisor. Completed required documentation of services delivered and submits to office in a timely manner according to policy. Uses equipment and supplies safely and properly. Maintains confidentiality regarding client information. Provides companionship for the client including, but not limited to: talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional support.
