Complete Care at Home is seeking experienced caregivers to support clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, and other conditions. We are primarily looking for dayshift caregivers who can work 8 or 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm), though all availabilities are welcome to apply.

The Job Duties:

  • Assist Clients with Nonmedical ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) such as Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, and Ambulation. 
  • Provide Medication Reminders
  • Drive Clients on Errands or Outings
  • Complete Daily Documentation
  • Help with Light Housekeeping and Laundry

Our clients receive care in the comfort of their own homes. You could be reporting to work in: Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, or Carpinteria. We assign shifts based on your availability, location, personality, and skill level. Our shifts can be 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hours long. We also have a few overnight shifts and weekend shifts. You will receive your schedule after completing onboarding and initial training.

Requirements to get the Job:

  • Have deep compassion and respect for seniors
  • Be willing to undergo a background check for the Home Care Aide Registration of California (if you have not already)
  • Have a driver's license AND a reliable vehicle
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be punctual!
  • Be 18 or older
