Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and non-emergent medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and other minor interventions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record system accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
  • Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
