Job Title: In-Home Caregiver

We are currently looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers.

Job Summary: As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Help with light housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing

  • Remind clients to take medications as prescribed

  • Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of services provided

  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team

  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements:

  • Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required

  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature

  • Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively

  • Must be able to lift and assist with mobility as needed

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

  • Background check and drug screening required

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training can be provided)

Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor in a timely manner. Establishes and maintains effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers. Participates in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by immediate supervisor.
