Job Description Summary:

An Infusion Nurse I is a licensed registered nurse who provides basic direct patient care to patients in the home, or in an alternate infusion site, to ensure patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician’s plan of care. Under close supervision, coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries with patient instructions and thoroughly reports patient care needs, progress and goals when transferring care.
Demonstrates compliance with agency operations, Naven Health’s policies and procedures, professional standards, local, state, federal regulations/guidelines, and accreditation standards.
