Job Summary

Ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluates unit nursing care and performance. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish responsibilities. Creativity is expected to perform job. Leads and directs the work of others.

Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, And Licensure

  • 2 years clinical RN experience and Previous charge nurse exp
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, computer skills
