Ensuring patient safety by performing monthly crash cart checks and strictly complying with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Monitoring clinician schedules, assisting with answering clinical area phones, and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required. Graduated from an accredited LPN or RN program with a current license in good standing in the State of Connecticut. Previous nursing experience is preferred, with a preference for experience in pediatrics. Strong computer skills are required (Microsoft Office Suite preferred). Knowledge of EHR software is preferred. Regular and prompt attendance is expected and required. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and coordinating services for the people we support. Administers medications when appropriate, and supervises AMAP certified staff in medication administration. Supervises all medication prescribed for individuals in accordance with agency policies.
