Putting the choice back in your hands.

By working Per-Diem with IntelyCare, nursing professionals can choose when and where they want to work.

Per-Diem Nursing Shifts

Whether you need to build a schedule that works for your family, your education, or both, taking per-diem shifts with IntelyCare can help you unlock your nurse-life balance!

Can you only commit to working two days a week this month? Fine by us! Interested in finding shifts with the best hourly rates near you? Feel free to shop around in our app!

Our per-diem shifts are available at skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, rehabilitation centers, and more.

If there is a specific facility where you like to work, you can pick up more shifts with them through our features, BookMe and Block Booking. BookMe allows facilities to request you as a provider for their shifts. Block Booking allows you to accept multiple shifts at the same facility, all at once, and plan your schedule farther in advance.

“As a college student, having a job with the flexibility IntelyCare offers makes my life so much easier. I can accept shifts based on my assignment schedule and still make enough to cover my bills.”

Salma L., CNA

“My onboard process was very easy. The guidance provided during the calls with my recruiter was very informative. I felt comfortable and confident uploading documents into the app, which was initially a concern. The relationship I developed with my recruiter pushed me to finish the onboarding process. I was very excited to hear that I was finally an IntelyCare employee, and even more when I found out I had a team to support me.”

Telicia W., CNA

“I like working for IntelyCare because it gives me the freedom of making my schedule while being rewarded and appreciated. I get to choose where and when I want to work, and make more money than I ever did, all while working for a company that seems to really care about it. It can’t get better than this!”

Mary B., CNA

“I love the IntelyCare app! Picking up shifts and uploading required documents are both very easy. I also love that the rate for every shift is listed so I know how much I’ll make every time I work.”

Keisha R., RN

“I absolutely love this job! I have worked with other agencies before, but they weren’t even close to what IntelyCare is. The app is very easy to use and understand. I have never had any issues with getting paid. I love the DailyPay option, and I love having a flexible schedule.”

McKayla P., CNA

“I can feel the respect when working with IntelyCare! The trust that’s put on me makes me feel responsible and want to give my best. I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with a job.”

Salwa F., CNA

“IntelyCare absolutely rocks! My ISM is always calling/texting to check on me, and I love that! I brag so much about how you all care about the staff and show your appreciation to us. This is a true example of, ‘We care better when we are being cared for!’”
