Product Marketing Manager, Credenza Health
Credenza is the clinical workforce marketplace where healthcare employers find screened, work-ready nurses, and clinicians find every opportunity they need in one place. Employers post jobs, source candidates, and use AI-matching to fill roles faster; clinicians consolidate licenses, certifications, and credentials into a single profile that travels with them across every opportunity. Launched in 2026, Credenza’s ambition is to simplify the clinical talent sourcing & hiring process.
Credenza is built and backed by IntelyCare, a healthcare workforce technology company that, following its December 2025 acquisition of CareRev, now operates one of the most comprehensive clinical labor sourcing and workforce platforms in the market. Born out of IntelyCare and CareRev talent sourcing and onboarding needs, Credenza is built for sourcing and onboarding professionals — with the reach of an established operator and the speed and focus of a startup — and gives you the chance to shape a category-defining product from an early, high-visibility seat.
Position summary
As Credenza’s Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the go-to-market engine for the product: buyer segmentation, messaging, collateral, and funnel performance. You’ll work closely with the Credenza Product Manager to turn roadmap into positioning, with Sales to arm the team with assets that convert, and with web, SEO, and communications to keep Credenza’s voice consistent everywhere a healthcare employer encounters the brand. The ideal candidate has shipped SaaS product marketing before, thinks in segments and funnels, and can turn technical capability into a message that closes. Experience with marketing to healthcare audiences is helpful but not required.
