Position Summary We are seeking an Admissions & Wound Care Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. Leadership: - Oversee and supervise all nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Policy and Procedure Implementation: - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety in care delivery. Staff Management: - Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, address performance issues, and ensure staff compliance with regulations.
