Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic CNA to provide physical support and assist residents in performing daily living activities. We are looking for a compassionate advocate for residents and their families. As a CNA you will be responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients.

 

Key Responsibilities: As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

  • Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning
  • Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care
  • Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervising nurse
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. 
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure residents' individualized care plans are implemented effectivley, meeting both physical and emotional needs.

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • First aid and CPR certifications.
