Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic CNA to provide physical support and assist residents in performing daily living activities. We are looking for a compassionate advocate for residents and their families. As a CNA you will be responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients.

Key Responsibilities: As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning
Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care
Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervising nurse
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
