Under general direction, the Emergency Department Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing rapid and high-quality nursing care to patients and to the community within the Santa Paula Hospital. Education, Training, Experience At least five (5) years of experience in an emergency department. Necessary Special Requirement Must be willing to be assigned/work in Santa Paula Hospital. Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Must possess and maintain a current valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California, or licensure in another state with California licensure pending. Must possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certificate PRIOR to the first day of employment. Must possess and maintain a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
