Triage Registered Nurse - Rheumatology @ The Hill

Job Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) for Rheumatology provides professional nursing care to patients within the practice. The RN is expected to help assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while overseeing the work of the licensed practical nurse, and ancillary staff in the Practice. Triage Nurse will Monitor and address all patient /provider telephone and electronic correspondence . They will contact the provider for orders and treatment plan for the patient . Provide patient education for any new medications/treatment plan. PATIENT PRESCRIPTION REFILLS (sent electronically from pharmacies to the office) : Review to refill or deny all medications daily . Clinical Professional RN Clinical Quality Reviewer
