This 24 bed unit provides a dynamic working environment that specializes in gynecology, sarcoma, thoracic, breast, and plastic surgery patients. Our nursing staff provides knowledgeable and skilled care within a unique interdisciplinary team. We offer quarterly educational workshops. All Nurse Residents will be required to sign a Commitment Agreement, agreeing to work for a minimum of two (2) years in the Cancer Center as a Registered Nurse in good working standards complying with all polices and protocols of the Cancer Center. In the event the employee does not successfully complete the Nurse Residency Program or thereafter the commitment of two (2) full years of employment in the Cancer Center after completion of the program, employee agrees to refund the Cancer Center a pro-rated amount of the cost for the program.
