Essential Responsibilities Register patients and verify insurance and documentation Schedule appointments and process co-pays Prepare patients for examination and record medical history Perform vital signs and preliminary patient assessments Conduct point-of-care testing (flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, HCG) Assist providers with patient care and procedures Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and medical records Answer patient questions and coordinate referrals Perform opening/closing duties and maintain equipment quality checks Support a safe, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment All other duties as assigned.
