Job Description The Caregivers a BridgePoint at Los Altos meet community residents’ needs by helping with activities of daily living. Responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being. This position will specifically be working with our residents with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to adjust hours as needed for business needs. Pay range: $22-23/hr Hiring bonus: $1,000 What will I do every day? Actively participating in programs and activities to keep residents engaged. Assisting residents as needed, including toileting support and escorting them to and from common areas or their apartments.
