Job Description The Lead Medical Coordinator is responsible for insuring the discharge and oversight of medical care for homeless clients from hospitals or other agencies contracted with Recuperative Care Center are being properly completed to the standards of Illumination Health + Home Managers/ Supervisors/ Directors/ Board of Directors. The Lead Medical Coordinator will have oversight of facility and staff when Manager or Supervisor is not present. Lead Medical Coordinator will train and oversee other Recuperative employee’s and Interns within limits set by Supervisor, Manager and Directors.
