May be hired with six months of experience as a STNA, but are not able to administer medication or enter Epic orders until acceptable credentialed medical assistant certification is obtained. LPN : Graduate of accredited LPN program (or equivalent) with current Ohio license. Job requirements: Basic Life Support certification required.
