The Opportunity The Licensed Caregiver – LPN is part of the Health & Wellness Team responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do Supporting residents with medication. Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate and pulse Observe and report on residents’ health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively Provide emotional support and serve as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to a supervisor Perform nursing assessments, including vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and health status evaluations, to identify and address resident needs promptly.
