Currently licensed as License Practical Nurse by the State of Ohio through the Ohio Board of Nursing, which includes certification to pass medications AND completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing IV therapy course. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: One year experience in an in-patient or long term care setting, as appropriate. Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.
