Assist Providers with procedures as requested and within scope of practice, demonstrating good technical and manual skills. Consults other departments, as appropriate, to provide for an interdisciplinary approach to the patient’s needs. Aware of available support services. Is flexible, organized, and able to function in stressful situations. Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety. Manages and operates all equipment safely and correctly. Records patients’ medical information, vital signs and care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
