Proactively contact patients immediately upon cancer diagnosis before they are officially referred or scheduled in our clinic. Provide an overview of the consultation, reasons for referral, and available financial resources. Filter patients who are uninterested or unable to proceed, and, most critically, identify and triage urgent cases that are at risk of not receiving timely fertility preservation prior to starting chemotherapy. Coordinate follow-up care after the initial consultation, primarily addressing the needs identified within our clinic.
