The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist patients with their basic needs, such as bathing, grooming, feeding. This role is vital in ensuring patients receive quality care while providing a compassionate and caring attitude. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, taking vital signs, performing wound care and assisting patients with daily living activities. The LPN will also be responsible for documenting patient care in the electronic health record and liaising with other healthcare professionals as needed.
