Job Summary and Qualifications As the Surgical Technologist, you will be an active member of the team in the Operating Room. The Surgical Technologist functions under the direct supervision of the OR nurse. This role is responsible for the sterile field, instrumentation, sterile technique, and other tasks required during the procedure.
