Valid BLS Certification (CPR) Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center. RN SUPERVISOR Duties Include: Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees. Maintains a safe and clean working environment Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
