We’re seeking compassionate caregivers with part-time availability who are dedicated to providing quality, heartfelt care. Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings! Responsibilities • Demonstrates the core nursing competencies established by the agency to ensure effective and efficient care on an ongoing basis.• Makes the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs.• Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions.• Provides those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.• Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.• Prepares clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferenceson his/her patients in a timely manner as per Agency policy. Qualifications •Prior to date of hire, must hold a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license through the State Board of Nursing, or hold a compact RN license. Must maintain valid licensure to practice as a RN.•CPR required.•A minimum of one(1) year recent, verifiable experience as a licensed RN.•Recent licensed experience in LTC/SNF/Rehab strongly preferred.
