Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 will directly or indirectly supervise registered professional nurses and clinical staff. The responsibilities include ensuring implementation of facility policies and procedures related to nursing, initiating special investigations, teaching appropriate nursing techniques, and reviewing individuals records for compliance with agency/practice protocol and developing a plan for correcting any deficiencies found.
