Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent If competency is achieved (attainment of competency test score required by department management) and upon successful completion of departmental orientation, the employee will be promoted to Nursing Assistant If competency is not achieved, employee must be moved out of this position or terminated in accordance with IH policy and procedures Responsibilities To receive training to competently assist in the continuity of patient care delivery by providing direct personal care, rehabilitative measures, and supportive services. Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited program of advanced practice nursing Advanced knowledge and skills in the delivery of nursing services Licensure/Certification/Registration: One of the following: Current Alabama RN license Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama* *Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama CRNP credentialed by the Alabama Board of Nursing and collaboration with physician approved by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners After June 1, 2012, ACLS or BLS is required for hire Responsibilities In collaboration with a Physician, assumes total patient care for designated patients. Plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates comprehensive care to ensure quality and continuity of care delivery. 
Pre-Employment Requirements: We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required . Requirements: Current RN License and ACLS/BLS certification required. Two years of operating room experience is desired. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus. Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required. Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families. Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing Working knowledge of acute care, rehabilitation, or home care Licensure/Certification/Registration: One of the following: Current Alabama RN license Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama* *Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama For specific areas CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation RN) is required (or eligibility) Desired Qualifications: BSN preferred; Master's degree in a clinical specialty desirable Some background in management, clinical education or case management National certification applicable to area of clinical practice Responsibilities Utilizes a multi-disciplinary plan of care to manage a defined population of patients/clients providing coordination of patient care which meets IHS's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
